3. Design and Production

Prestige Fleet Graphics designs and installs custom vehicle graphics based on the information you provide. It’s your responsibility to ensure that all information—such as vehicle make, model, and measurements—is accurate.

Once a design is approved by you, production begins. Any changes requested after approval may result in additional costs.

4. Customer Content

You may provide photos, artwork, logos, or other materials (“Customer Content”) for use in your design. By providing this material, you confirm that you own or have permission to use all such content. You also agree that your content does not infringe on the rights of any third party.

Prestige Fleet Graphics is not responsible for issues or claims related to Customer Content provided by you.

5. Ownership and Usage

Upon full payment, you will receive the rights to use the final design and installed product on your vehicle(s). However, Prestige Fleet Graphics retains ownership of all original design files, concepts, and creative materials.

We reserve the right to display completed projects in our portfolio, marketing materials, and social media for promotional purposes.

6. Pricing and Payments

Quotes for services will be provided before any work begins. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to start a project, with the remaining balance due upon completion.

If any unforeseen costs arise during production or installation (for example, removal of old graphics or vehicle surface repairs), we will inform you before proceeding with any additional charges.

7. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to review and approve all proofs or design drafts within two (2) business days of receipt. Delays in approval may affect production and installation timelines.

You are also responsible for ensuring your vehicle is clean and ready for installation on the scheduled date.

8. Warranties and Limitations

Our products and services are provided “as is.” Prestige Fleet Graphics makes no guarantees, expressed or implied, beyond those required by law.

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care, vehicle surface conditions, or modifications after installation. Normal wear and tear, weather exposure, and maintenance neglect are not covered by any warranty.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prestige Fleet Graphics will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

In any case, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service or product in question.
